Farouge Judig A whole roasted baby poussin stuffed with almonds, walnuts, rice and spices, and glazed with rich Georgian wine sauce and served on a bed of pivas (onion, peppers, sumac) with grilled tomato and salad.

Khorovadze A whole marinated lamb, stuffed with walnuts, almonds, rice and spices, gently roasted and served with its own succulent stuffing, kebab sauce and salad.

Armenian Banquet with sweets and coffee, Hummus, Falafel, Tabouleh, Baba Ganouge, Shomin, Kufta, Yershig, Taramasalata, Karides Guveji, Garge, Chef’s Lavash Bread, Selection of Chef’s Mixed Kebabs from the charcoal, Shish Kebab, Lulu, Kharapak Khorow, Judi.
